For Boys. For Girls. For Every Adventure.
Scouting is where young people discover who they are, what they can achieve, and how they can make a difference in the world.

Today, Scouting is proudly co-ed, welcoming both girls and boys into a safe, inclusive community where they can explore new interests, build lifelong friendships, and develop the confidence to succeed in life.
Whether your child dreams of camping under the stars, leading a team, learning outdoor skills, serving their community, or simply trying something new, Scouting offers an adventure they'll never forget.

Join the movement that prepares young people for life.

Why Join Scouting?
Discover Your Potential.

Every campfire, hike, service project, and challenge helps Scouts discover more about themselves and the world around them. Through hands-on experiences and real-world adventures, young people build self-confidence, develop leadership skills, and learn the value of teamwork and responsibility. Along the way, they form lasting friendships, explore the outdoors, serve their communities, and gain experiences that prepare them for success in school, careers, and life. The lessons learned in Scouting create a strong foundation for future achievement while helping youth grow into capable, compassionate leaders.

Open to Everyone Scouting is Co-Ed

Scouting welcomes youth from all backgrounds and experiences.

Girls and boys participate together in many Scouting programs, learning side-by-side as they develop leadership, character, and life skills. Every Scout is encouraged to be themselves, contribute their unique talents, and grow into the best version of themselves.

Our commitment is simple: Every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, lead, and thrive.

Adventure Awaits

More Than Just Camping

Scouting is so much more than spending a night in a tent. It's a chance to step outside your comfort zone, try new things, and discover what you're capable of. One week you might be racing a car you built yourself, and the next you could be hiking a mountain trail, learning lifesaving skills, exploring science and technology, or leading a project that makes a real difference in your community. Every adventure brings new challenges, new friendships, and new opportunities to grow. Along the way, Scouts gain confidence, develop leadership skills, and create memories that stay with them long after the adventure is over.

A Safe Place to Grow

Parents want their children to have exciting opportunities, but they also want them to be safe. In Scouting, those two priorities go hand in hand. We are committed to creating an environment where every young person feels welcomed, respected, supported, and protected. Safety isn't just a policy—it's a core value woven into every activity, event, and experience. Our trained leaders and volunteers work hard to ensure that Scouts can explore, learn, and challenge themselves in a secure setting. That means parents can feel confident knowing their children are building independence, character, and lifelong skills in a program that puts their well-being first.

Become Your Best Self

Scouting helps young people discover strengths they never knew they had. Through exciting challenges, meaningful experiences, and opportunities to lead, Scouts learn how to set goals, overcome obstacles, and work together to achieve success. Each adventure builds confidence, resilience, and character while teaching valuable life skills that extend far beyond meetings and campouts. The experiences gained in Scouting help prepare youth to succeed in school, future careers, and whatever challenges life may bring.

Fun for the Whole Family

Scouting is more than a youth program—it's an opportunity for families to share experiences and create lasting memories together. Parents, siblings, and guardians are encouraged to be part of the journey, celebrating achievements, participating in activities, and supporting each Scout's growth. Many families find that the friendships, traditions, and adventures they experience through Scouting become some of their most treasured memories.

Prepared for Life

At its core, Scouting is about helping young people become capable, responsible, and compassionate leaders. Guided by the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law, Scouts learn the importance of integrity, respect, service, and personal responsibility. They develop the confidence to face challenges, the courage to lead when others need them, and the character to make a positive difference in their communities. These lessons provide a foundation that will serve them throughout their lives.
