Celebrating Two Outstanding Eagles: Steve Henderson & Mike “Winters” Sisson

Updated: 2 days ago

Media, family, friends, and Scouts are all invited.

On October 18, the Conquistador Council will proudly host a National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award (NOESA) Ceremony honoring two remarkable leaders from Roswell, New Mexico — Steve Henderson and Mike “Winters” Sisson.

NOESA invitation

Family, friends, and community members are invited to celebrate these distinguished Eagle Scouts and the profound impact they have made on Roswell. Both Steve and Mike have lived the Scout Oath and Law in their professional work, volunteer efforts, and daily lives, continuing to inspire the next generation.

The NOESA is one of Scouting’s highest recognitions, reserved for Eagle Scouts whose lifetime achievements bring honor to the Scout rank. Steve Henderson and Mike Sisson embody that spirit, reminding us all how the values of Scouting extend far beyond youth and into lifelong service.
