More than 21,000 Scouts and adult volunteers from around the world have already begun their journey to Poland, and the next opportunity to register is just around the corner. The Conquistador Council is encouraging eligible Scouts and adult leaders to consider participating in this once-in-a-lifetime international experience.

The Regular Registration window for the 2027 World Scout Jamboree opens September 15, 2025, and will remain open until November 1, 2025. If you’ve ever dreamed of camping with Scouts from more than 150 countries, trading patches, learning new cultures, and exploring the world through Scouting—this is your chance!

The Jamboree offers programs for youth participants, adult volunteers, and members of the International Service Team (IST). Whether you’re a seasoned Scout looking for your next adventure or an adult leader wanting to support this global event, there’s a role for you.

We’ll be sharing more information on how to apply, travel details, and how Conquistador Council will support Scouts from our area as part of the U.S. Contingent. Stay tuned for updates!
