Excitement is in the air as we prepare for the 2026 National Jamboree! From July 22-31, 2026, the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia will host this incredible event, bringing together Scouts from across the nation for a week of adventure, camaraderie, and unforgettable experiences. As part of our council-wide contingent, we will embark on this journey together, creating lasting memories and strengthening the bonds of our Scouting community.


What is the National Jamboree?


The National Jamboree is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that every Scout dreams of attending. It's a gathering of thousands of Scouts and leaders from all over the country, celebrating the values of Scouting through a wide array of activities, including high-adventure sports, interactive exhibits, and special events. Whether it's rock climbing, zip-lining, kayaking, or simply exploring the beautiful landscape of the Summit Bechtel Reserve, there's something for everyone.


Why Attend with Our Council?


By joining our council's contingent, you'll be part of a unified group that shares the excitement of preparing for and attending the Jamboree together. Our journey will begin well before we set foot at the Summit Bechtel Reserve, with preparatory meetings, team-building activities, and fundraising efforts to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate. As a contingent, we'll travel together, camp together, and support each other throughout the Jamboree, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork.

  • Learn and Grow: Participate in educational programs, merit badge sessions, and leadership development workshops.

  • Connect with Others: Meet Scouts from diverse backgrounds, share experiences, and make lifelong friends.

  • Celebrate Scouting: Enjoy special events, including the opening and closing ceremonies, arena shows, and nightly entertainment.
