A Scout is Prepared. For the last month, our Virtual Scouting Taskforce has been hard at work on new ways that we can bring the aims of Scouting to the Youth of Southeast New Mexico in a safe and fun way.

Our plan is to have Scouts gather together online in groups based on their age or rank. Each of these groups will be lead by different experts from the communities our council covers. If a Scout isn't able to join the meeting, a recording will be made available online for later viewing. We are also going to have virtual field trips available to help Scouts discover places they might never have before.

We would like to thank everyone who has put time and effort into making this a success. If you haven't been able to join in on our taskforce meetings, we'd encourage you to do so. This is an exciting time for Scouting and we would like for you to be a part of it!
