Upgrades in Council Service Center Communications

couple on smart phone

When the new service center was constructed, we had all new phones installed with a state-of-the-art voicemail system.  That was over 20 years ago, and this month we are saying goodbye to those pieces of history.

We are pleased to announce that we have a new phone system that will allow you easier access to the team member you are trying to reach.  We won’t bore you with the list of features that will make our staff more efficient but just know we are excited.  PLUS, we’re saving money every month.

We hope that the transition will be seamless, but we ask for your understanding as our staff learns the new equipment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

The phone number has not changed - (575) 622-3461.

During business hours, the phone will typically be answered by one of our office team members.

After hours you can use our extensions:

Field Team

We look forward to serving our Scouting community even more efficiently with our upgraded communications systems. Thank you to our council team for your efforts in implementing the upgrade.
